The shipping costs are estimated with a volumetric weight of maximum 1.99KG. In the event that your order exceeds in weight or size, we would send you in an email the new shipping costs, you can accept them and make your payment or reject the order.

The taxes and expenses that may be imposed by the customs offices of destination, are entirely borne by the buyer.
CHANGES AND RETURNS
To change or return a product, you have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order. To do this you must notify by email to email@example.com, indicating the order number (you can find this information in "My account> Order history"). As soon as we confirm the arrival of the product we will proceed to refund by the same payment methods (PAYPAL, payment by card, etc.)
If the purchased product on the web is sold out, you will be offered the possibility to exchange it for a similar one, wait for us to receive the same model or cancel the order. Once the product is received again in our offices, we will proceed to return the money or send the replacement product in case of change.
Returns will be made by mail or courier, you must send the product (s) in perfect condition, unused with labels and tags to the following address:

The customer will be responsible for the return costs of the product and we will not accept returns sent to freight collect, in the only case that the company will assume this cost will be when we make a mistake regarding model, color or format of the product.
